We started the week as most people OUGHT to; a Krispie Kreme donut visit. We got to watch them make the donuts that will get filled. MMMMMMMMM.

Baby Andelynn Marie, our friend's baby. She arrived on the 22nd of July and I was more than happy to run up to the hospital to visit. She is so tiny, and so perfect.
We made cookies. This is Tucker's giant one. The dough was different colors, like play-dough. The kids made cookies of their own, then we baked them. He was proud to say that he finished his.

Tucker gladly volunteered to feed the baby (Carson) his bottle. He did a great job. Carson is one of my mom's Daycare kids.

Yes, our group was 19 people strong. The Kitchens, Millers, Halls, Mechams. We had Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Neices, Nephews, Siblings and lots of FUN!
Here come the weary hikers, trudging along, 1.5 miles, over 1000 feet in elevation, but we made it! (with all the people we started with too. ) At one point Samatha needed a break and sat down on the side of the mountain. "Just leave me behind!" she pleaded, but we didn't.=) She, and the rest of us, were glad we made it though, it was worth the hike.

Up close and lit up. These formations were green because of the lime in the coconut... just kidding. Different minerals are deposited as they form, lyme, creates green. I thought it was neat.
I know this picture isn't in perfect focus, but it is so sweet. I knew Tucker was exhausted from the day, but he gave out on the way down the mountain. Thank goodness for Grandpas.
J.L. and Jeremy, both napping after the hike. Wes, J.L. and Dad were all great helpers in carrying Tucker at points on the trail. BIG THANKS! I carried him a while too, and I appreciate their help very much. He is a SOLID 39.5 pounds. Not easy to carry up or down a mountain.
