Cowboys and Cowgirls!

We went to the Annual Family Picnic in honor of Month of the Military Child. The kids had a blast and wore themselves out with booths, lunch, cotton candy, cake walk, etc! They loved the pony rides too, as you can see.

My Girls!

(the ball is bouncing into the bowls of water~ we were at a Ward Activity)

I just wanted to share a few pictures of the girls also. They may not be dressed as the Marines below, but they still command some attention!

M I T (Marines in Training)

Well, these two fledgling Marines couldn't be stopped from a rough and tumble fashion show when they found Roland's uniforms. Notice in the last one that Riley has lost one of his arms. He was a victim of his own imaginations. I really like the look on his face.

Busy Life and a few Pictures to show it.

Our nephew, Riley, has come to live with us for a few years, and Roland's mom came down to visit too. These last few weeks have been busy, crazy, full and fun. We have had school registrations to take care of, sick people, time for play and time for work. Riley will be 8 in a few weeks, and a very good, normal, energetic boy. These are a few pics I have taken in the last few weeks. We also went to the County Fair this evening so I included a few ride pictures. Tomorrow the vacation period will end when we take Grandma home, but the kids are glad that Riley will be staying with us.

Two pilots in training!

Tucker and Grandma in their race car!

This ride was traumatic for Sammy and Riley. They realized that it was too scary, time to forgo these enticing but large and scary rides! You can see Roland in the back row with his sunglasses on. The two kids leaned their heads down on his lap and begged him to hold onto them. Poor kids.

I just like this picture a lot!
