Potty Training for Tucker, Fun for Girl Scouts

For about a week now, Tucker has been potty training, for real, as in wearing underwear. I decided it was time to try, and see if we could get past the "practicing" we've been doing for months. Although perfection hasn't come, and I do a lot of reminding, he IS improving... YEAH!!!

Baseball, the new fun sport for Tucker. Look at the gorgeous color in the sky also. That night was so pretty.

Last weekend, our Girl Scout troop (15 of our 20 girls) attended a workshop. Joe Wright from the Imagination Factory at Walt Disney World came and taught the girls about theater, pretend, acting, and IMAGINATION! They had a great time and three hours went by real quick. Here a few pics of the girls modeling their masks. Eve made a guinea pig, she is in the front of the top pic with a green shirt, second from left. Samantha was a spider, must be a tropical rain forest variety because of the colors. When cutting out the eyes, she accidentally cut out of the line, maybe 1/4 of an inch and was quite upset. That is why her spider mask is on her head, and her sad mask is on her face in the top pic, back row.

Potty training...I'm ready to get Etta out of diapers. Too bad she's not ready yet!
Happy birthday to you and Tucker. Hope you both had a very special day.
When are you heading to San Diego? My in laws are in Oceanside and we may be going there for Thanksgiving. It's an 8 hour drive and haven't decided if it's just too far to drive with both the girls. What's the longest you've driven with the kids and how did it go?
